Been 7 years since I’ve been putting in work.. day in, day out. A lot of people who tried to surpass me by the wrong means are lost, depressed, and have stopped lifting. I always say this nothing is overnight and nothing great ever will be. Patience is really the key here. I know my journey has definitely been a long one but it’s the right one. Bodybuilding has been my life and always will be. 6 years ago I started as a kid who weighed 45 kilos and had a very low self esteem, things were very messy and I literally had no direction. Believe it or not guys… being very honest with you, gym is one of the very few relationships you will ever have where you get exactly what you give. And what I appreciate the most about it is that it is not actually the destination which makes you a success. It’s the path which you walked upon.. where you made decisions, sacrificed, cried, learned, and developed a stronger character. This post is for anyone who feels a little lost right now, maybe you’re confused about what it is that you want. Maybe you know exactly what you want but have no idea how to get it. You will figure it out. You aren’t dead yet. You are going to figure your shit out. I believe in you.

Last year, I had realized that I have to put in serious work to bring up my “BACK GAME”. Fast forward it to 2017, here’s the result of being committed to your craft and being persistent. – What I’m trying to say is whatever you’re doing right now has a room for improvement and make things better for yourself.. you can be an artist, a dancer, or simply a guy who’s trying to make his relationship a little better. – If you believe you can step up your game, then don’t wait.. work on it. Some people are content with their salaries, the car they drive, and the body they have. In my opinion, you should be proud of what you have achieved – but never satisfied. – If you keep pushing the limits, one day you’re gonna bring something extraordinary to the table. So keep making progress, cuz that is the true success and key to a happy life.
