Entertainment Ki Raat is BACK with a bang as limited 12-episodes series titled Entertainment Ki Raat@9

In midst of closure of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ and flopping of Family Time with Kapil Sharma, one of the most entertaining show slots on television, Entertainment Ki Raat was quite a relaxation for India families for their laughing dose. Now after the success of the show Entertainment Ki Raat, it is back with another season titled as Entertainment Ki Raat @9 with a 12-episodes comic dose on every Saturday and Sunday on Colors channel at 9 pm.

The pilot season of comic show Entertainment Ki Raat was premiered on 18th November 2017 and lasted out on 17th February 2018. The show was about inviting Bollywood and television celebrities on a comical night with juicy gossips and fun chat. Not just that, there was a lot of leg-pulling of celebrities and fun in-between the television celebrities, comedians and the guests. The show was carried out by Balraj, Mubeen Saudagar and the child artist Divyansh. The show also comprises of the television daily soap celebrities like Asha Negi, Deepika Kakar and Ravi Dubey along well-known faces like Aditya Narayan and Raghu Ram. The show also featured RJ Malishka in it for the first time on a comedy show. There was a rap battle where celebrity guest was supposed to roast each other in a ring.

Entertainment Ki Raat@9 will not be featuring the television celebrities like earlier, so it will be only Mubeen, Balraj and Divyansh along with new entrants in the show, Saumya Tandon and Neha Pendse. The first episode will be featuring the guest Sanjay Dutt and Karisma Kapoor following by other Bollywood celebs such as Bipasha Basu, Ganesh Acharya, Raveena Tandon, Karan Singh Grover and more.

Mubeen recently talked about the show and the fun he had this season “There’s a lot of fun and comedy this year and most importantly the celebs that will be on the show will get involved in our gags. We shot with Sanjay Dutt and Karisma Kapoor and it was a blast as they were really sporting and took charge as if it was their own show.”

On not featuring Asha Negi, Karan Wahi, Deepika Kakar and other television celebrities this season, Mubeen said “People will miss them but the people that we have this time are also great. It’s a short season and from what we have shot, it’s come out really well. We are positive about the response from our audience. Also, since last time there were too many actors, not everyone could manage to shine or showcase their talent. It would be different this time.”

Saumya Tandon who is joining this season shared “Comedy as a genre is my favorite, and it’s very tough too. As a performer, it’s very fulfilling to bring a smile on peoples face. I have hosted various formats, but “Entertainment Ki Raat @9” allows me to use my anchoring skills. I hope that viewers across the country have a good time at the end of a long, hard week.”

Neha Pendse who recently has been seen in Kapil Sharma’s off aired show Family Time with Kapil said on her entry in the show “The vibe on the sets is amazing, and I am delighted to have joined the team for this limited edition. This comedy brigade jams together improvises on acts, and so we will tickle your funny bone with one hour of unlimited entertainment.”
