Special Ops is being touted as one of the biggest web series ever produced in India. Bollywood Wrap caught up actor Vipul Gupta who plays Agent Bala in the series and spoke to him about Special Ops.
Vipul Gupta : Who can say no to a project by Neeraj Pandey Sir. The man who has given some of the best films in Indian Cinema like Baby and here I was getting a chance to work with him. I could not leave this chance for anything.
BollywoodWrap : What is the best thing about Agent Bala, the character you are playing ?
Vipul Gupta : Bala has a lot of shades and that is the best thing. Knives, guns and fists… He’s handy with all. A combat specialist, Bala is an undercover agent who is a chef by day and has a romantic track too. There are so many shades to my character and it’s just awesome.
Vipul Gupta : The kind of action Tanhaji had and action in Special Ops is really different. Special Ops has some amazing sequences designed on the lines of Hollywood action sequences, which will keep you on the edge of your seat. Action sequences here were a new learning experience altogether and I loved doing them.
