Born on 29th October 1990, Kriti Kharbanda has been known for her work in Telugu and Tamil film industry recently taking over the Bollywood. Proud to call herself a Delhite, Kriti was born in Delhi and brought up in Bengaluru. Let’s dive deep into Kriti’s life and know more about her.

Kriti Kharbanda belongs to a Punjabi family and was conceived to Ashwani Kharbanda and Rajni Kharbanda in Delhi but brought up in Bangalore. She completed her high school from Baldwin Girls High School and acquired a diploma in Jewel designing. Well yes! Before earning fame in the film industry, Kriti earned fame in Jewel designing by working with one of the biggest companies.

Kriti is blessed with two siblings, younger sister Ishita Kharbanda who is a Chartered Accountant and a younger brother Jaiwardhan Kharbanda who is the co-founder of Paper Plane Productions.
3. She was impressive then as jewel designer, she is impressive now as an actor

Kriti once mentioned in her interview that fascinated by one of the magazines, she expressed her desire to pursue her diploma in Jewel designing to her mother and was supported in the choice. In the process, she started working as an intern with one of the biggest jewellery company for a period of 2 months with the main designer. Impressed by her work, the internship got extended for six months. In order to complete her studies, Kriti had to give up on her internship.
In the course of her studies, Telugu director spotted her on a billboard in Chennai and offered her a role in upcoming film, Boni, and Kriti did her first movie at the age of 19.

Kriti had never thought of becoming an actress although having worked in many TV commercials. One of her photo on a billboard once caught an eye of Telugu director and she was offered a role in her first film Boni. Her career started in Telugu and Tamil film industry and is now flourishing in Bollywood. Housefull 4, Veerey Ki Wedding, Karwaan, Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana and Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se are some of her films.
Her acting and glamour brought her many awards.
5.Most Desirable Woman of Bangalore

6. She got Best Actress Award and a lot of nominations

In 2014, Kriti Kharbanda’s Kannada film Super Ranga won her the Critics’ Best Actress Award at the 4th South Indian International Movie Awards as well as her first Filmfare Award nomination for Best Actress.
7.High love for shoes and sarees
